Brandalyn was excellent helping us with venue choices as we are from the UK and in the middle of a pandemic, we were unable to visit in person. She arranged virtual walk throughs of venues and even facetimed us from the rental showroom to show us set up options and visualize everything. She was so patient even when I changed my mind many times! She kept us updated throughout the process and was always available for questions.
The day was absolutely seamless and stress free. We were blown away when we saw the set up for our ceremony and reception; it was even better than we imagined it! Brandalyn and her assistant were there hours before the wedding and stayed until the very end to make sure everything ran smoothly. She even sorted out a minor mix up with our chairs within minutes, without any fuss! All of the vendors she suggested were excellent; couldn't have picked any better! We couldn't have imagined this day without her, she took care of everything! Our guests say it was the best wedding ever, and we totally agree!
